Return Policy Overview

30-Day Return Policy

  • We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • Eligibility: Items must be in the original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Accept returns only if there’s a misprint, defect, or wrong item shipped
  • All other sales = final
  • "As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless they are damaged or defective."

  • Once your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
  • Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival. Should you observe any defects, damages, or incorrect items, kindly reach out to us at your earliest convenience so we can promptly address the issue.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases.
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
  • Returns and exchanges are not supported, whether you ordered the wrong size or colour or simply changed your mind.

Exchanges

  • For exchanges, return the item you have, and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

  • You can return or cancel EU orders within 14 days. Items must be in the original condition with proof of purchase.

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
