  1. What makes Inspire Impact Studio products unique?

    Each product is crafted with purpose to uplift, inspire, and encourage. Our apparel, mugs, journals, and more are rooted in faith, featuring messages that infuse life, hope, and confidence into your everyday moments.

  2. How long will it take to receive my order?

    Please allow 2-5 business days for production, followed by 3-7 business days for shipping, as we predominantly make our products to order. You'll receive tracking information once your item is dispatched.

  3. Do you ship internationally?

    We currently ship to the UK, US, and select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary based on your location.

  4. How do I care for my apparel?

    To help your apparel last, we recommend washing it inside out with cold water and tumble drying on low. Avoid ironing directly on the printed design.

  5. Can I customise a product or request a special quote?

    Many of our items are customised! If you'd like to personalise a design or request a unique quote, please reach out via our contact page or email us directly.

  6. What is your return or exchange policy?

    We don't accept returns or exchanges for our made-to-order products unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error. If there’s an issue, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

  7. How can I track my order?

    Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also monitor your order status through your account.
